CEP – Clinical Education Portal

The Clinical Education Portal (CEP) application integrates several systems into a single platform to manage all facets of a school’s clinical education for students, faculty, alumni, staff, and preceptors.

By aligning the different systems, streamlining numerous processes, and providing access to users via a mobile app, CEP enables students and preceptors to update their information from their phones, automate simulation evaluation processes, and integrate e-signatures for the distribution of appointment agreements and other documents from anywhere.

CEP also allows program coordinators and faculty to manage student placements, clinical hours, time off, and evaluations, all while providing preceptors with the ease of viewing and confirming student’s clinical hours.

Thank you letters from preceptors, and appointment processes by clinical associates, which can sometimes take days or even weeks to complete, are now automated and take only minutes, significantly increasing efficiency and drastically reducing time and effort.
