Student is unable to input clinical hours
- This can happen if the student is missing a placement and/or if a student is missing a placement with a particular preceptor. You can fix this by making sure the student has a placement with each preceptor per site.
- Another circumstance is if the student is attempting to input hours after the end of a placement. You can fix this by extending the end date of the placement past the current date to ensure the student can input their past clinical hours
Student has a different preceptor at the site than the original preceptor on the placement
- You can correct this by updating the placement with the correct preceptor.
- If the student appears to have multiple preceptors at one site, there will need to be a placement per preceptor.
