Modify Clinical Visit

After adding a clinical visit, you can go back anytime to modify the clinical hours if they were input in error.

NOTE: You can update the clinical site, day/hours, and preceptor using the “Modify” button

1. Click the “Calendar” icon to access your clinical visits
2. Select the “Clinical Visit” on the desired month/day
3. Click “Modify” to correct clinical hours listed on selected visit
4. After selecting “Modify” you can update the hours of the clinical visit
5. Click “Save” when the update is complete
