If you notice when entering your clinical visit, your placement is not available, there are two reasons the placement is missing:
- You were not added to the placement
- In this case, please email your site coordinator to add you to the placement.
- In the email, Let them know the site and the preceptor.
- You are attempting to enter clinical hours for a placement that is closed, due to the end date being passed

- To prevent this, please make sure you enter in your clinical hours on CEP weekly. There is a reminder sent every two weeks to enter clinical hours.
